1 General Terms

jllll is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between jllll and registered users.

By accessing our platform, creating an account, or playing any game, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. jllll reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

If false or misleading information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Age Restrictions

jllll strictly prohibits gaming by minors. This platform is intended for persons aged 21 or above only.

• Providing a false age at the time of registration is a serious violation.
• If any person operates an account while under the age of 21, all of their winnings will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits at jllll can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

• In the event of suspicious activity, jllll reserves the right to suspend or investigate a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance; funds only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• For bank transfers, accounts at major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jllll offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳16,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit. For example, if you receive a bonus of ৳2,000, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets (i.e., 2,000 × 15) before the winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Any attempt to earn bonuses using multiple accounts or identities will result in account closure.
• Bonus offers must be claimed within a specified time period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• jllll reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse (bonus hunting or abuse) is found, the account will be investigated.

6 Gaming Rules

The jllll platform offers a variety of gaming options including casino games, slots, cricket, and other sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the game page.

General Gaming Policy

• The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during a game session, the result will be determined according to the record stored on the server.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

Sports Betting Policy

Bets can be placed on all types of sporting events in the sports betting market. A bet cannot be changed after it has been confirmed. jllll reserves the right to void bets confirmed at clearly incorrect odds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jllll platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or cheat the game system in any way.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other users to gain a betting advantage.

• Using the platform in violation of applicable laws.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the User

Suspension or Closure by jllll

jllll may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of these terms and conditions.

• In compliance with applicable legal or regulatory directives.
